在バンクーバー日本総領事を表敬訪問
2022年8月下旬、弊社代表取締役社長の谷口がカナダ、バンクーバー日本総領事公邸に招かれ、表敬訪問を実施いたしました。
弊社事業の中でバンクーバーは特に重要な位置付けであり、多くのパイロット留学生は勿論のこと、これから積極参入するシステム開発、アプリケーション開発の分野においても重要な拠点であることは言うまでもありません。
これらの多角的な事業を推進していく上で、現地での関係性の構築は勿論のことながら渡航者や留学生にとって安全に関わる情報を把握し発信する大使館、領事館の役割は大きく、コロナ禍における在カナダ日本人の帰国や滞在に関する対応をこなすなど国際社会において非常に重要な機関であり今回の表敬訪問で多くのことを学ばせていただきました。

A Courtesy Visit to the Consul General of Japan in Vancouver, Canada
In late August 2022, Mr. Randy Taniguchi, our President and Representative Director, was invited to pay a courtesy visit to the official residence of the Consul General of Japan in Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver is a particularly important location for our business, not only for our many pilot students, but also for the system development and application development fields in which we are aggressively entering. In promoting these multifaceted projects, the embassy and consulates play a major role in building local relationships as well as in grasping and distributing safety-related information for travelers and international students, and are very important institutions in the international community, handling matters related to the return and stay of Japanese residents in Canada in the Corona Disaster. We learned a lot from this courtesy visit to the Consulate General of Japan in Vancouver.

光栄な表敬訪問
今回の表敬訪問はとても光栄なことであり、スタッフ一同より一層身の引き締まる思いで事業に望まなければならないと再確認できるなど、実りある表敬訪問となりました。
また総領事とはこれからの日本のパイロット不足における懸念や航空業界の発展に何が必要かなど大変貴重な意見交換ができ、弊社がこれから目指す「世界に通用するパイロット育成」の他に、「航空業界の抱える社会的課題解決」に向けた考えを改めて認識し、弊社の社会的存在意義は勿論のことながら、これから目指すより良き航空業界のために尽力していくと決意できる訪問となったことは言うまでもありません。
An Honorable Courtesy Visit
It was a great honor to have the visit to the Consul General, and it was a fruitful experience for all of us as we were able to reaffirm our commitment to our business. We also had a very valuable exchange of opinions with the Consul General, including concerns about the pilot shortage in Japan and what is needed for the development of the airline industry. Needless to say, the visit made me determined to make efforts for the better aviation industry we are aiming for in the future, of course mentioning the significance of our company’s existence in society.
弊社のこれからの取り組み
コロナ禍における航空業界は世界的にみて需要の停滞と、業界の衰退が懸念されてきました。しかし弊社スタッフは社長をはじめ、常に多角的、総合的、広視野で世界情勢を見ていたことから当初のような衰退はないと考えておりました。
実際、世界各地を周り調査をしたところ欧米諸国では既に航空需要の高まりからパイロット不足、整備士不足、地上スタッフ不足は深刻な問題であり、諸外国は対策に追われています。
弊社はそんな世界的ニーズや動向に乗り遅れることのないよう常に先進的な考えを持ち日本の航空業界に明るい未来をもたらすために鋭意邁進していきます。
Our Future Initiatives
There have been concerns that the airline industry in the Corona Disaster would experience stagnant demand and a decline in the industry from a global perspective. However, we, including our president, have always viewed the global situation from a multifaceted, comprehensive, and broad perspective, and we believed that the industry would not decline as it had in the past. In fact, our research around the world revealed that the shortage of pilots, mechanics, and ground staff is already a serious problem in Western countries due to the growing demand for air travel, and other countries are busy taking countermeasures. In order not to miss out on such global needs and trends, we will always keep a forward-thinking mindset and work diligently to bring a bright future to the Japanese airline industry.

弊社代表である谷口は常日頃から「協働」「習慣」「学習」と話しており、それらを実行できる組織や個人が「自己規律」を持ち「常に備える＝Always Ready」とスタッフに説いております。これは海外のフライトスクールとの交渉や商談の際にも受け入れてもらえている信念、信条であり、弊社が各国のフライトスクールと強い信頼関係を築けている証拠とも言えることでしょう。
これから益々、一航空需要が高まる国際社会で、弊社代表は誰も思い付かない独創的な発想でパイロット育成の世界をリードしていくことでしょう。
Our President’s Passion
Randy Taniguchi, our president, always talks about “Collaboration,” “Habit,” and “Learning,” and tells his staff that organizations and individuals who can implement these principles must have “Self-Discipline” and be “Always Ready. This is a belief that has been accepted in our negotiations and business talks with flight schools overseas, and it can be said to be evidence of the strong relationship of trust that we have built with flight schools in various countries. In an international society where the demand for aviation is increasing more and more, our president will lead the world of pilot training with his original ideas that no one else has thought of.
